First showcased at a launch event last month, alongside other smartphones in the SPARK 20 Series, TECNO’s new SPARK 20 Pro 5G will be available in South Africa from early next month.

Boasting 256GB ROM accompanied by a high-speed 5G, octa-core processor, this efficiency powerhouse that is ideal for both work and play also contains up to 16GB RAM (8GB + 8GB extended), perfect for storing photos, videos, apps, games, and more. With 5G networks being developed at such a rapid rate this device’s 5G capabilities also make it a perfect companion with faster connectivity speeds.  

For photo and video enthusiasts, this smartphone’s rear camera setup is noteworthy. A 108MP Ultra Sensing camera with 3x lossless in-sensor zoom and 10x digital zoom ensures that whether the user is outdoors in nature or in an indoor setting capturing pictures is a breeze. It also includes cutting-edge features like 9-in-1 Adaptive Pixel technology and Super Night Mode, letting the user capture their world with amazing clarity. Other built in AI technology does a lot of the heavy lifting when snapping away.

Other standout features of this device include Hi-Res certified stereo dual speakers and Dolby Atmos, which provide high volume and good sound quality at the same time; significantly improving the audio experience for users. A 5000mAh battery is complemented by high efficiency charging, which uses a tiered approach for various charging modes to suit the users’ requirements, ensuring the user isn’t without their phone for too long.

NFC capabilities ensure convenience for things like payments and communication and the appearance of the SPARK 20 Pro 5G is topped off with luxurious, skin-friendly Tech Art Leather inspired by high-end car interiors with a delicate texture excelling in form and function. This innovative back cover material provides a stylish and premium look and feel.   

Availability

The SPARK 20 Pro 5G will be available in the country in due course for a recommended retail price of R10,999.
