The Global launch of #Xiaomi’s new Redmi Note 9 serieson 30 May 2020 via Global Online launch for everyone to watch. The Redmi Note 9 and Note 9 Pro was announced as this year’s Redmi Note line Up as per usual and the new design and specs look really appealing and bang for your buck! A Xiaomi handset with Google play services and 4 capable cameras at the back, with the right price tag it will be an easy buy for South Africa.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro, in the name itself should be the more feature packed as the term “Pro” suggests, two design differences here are that the Pro model has fingerprint sensor on the side, where the Redmi Note 9 model has the fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear of the device (below the cameras like many other phones, somewhat overdone for me). The Redmi Note 9 has a Punch-hole display on the side of the screen, andthe Redmi Note 9 Pro has it in the center.

There is no pricing or availability announced in South Africa but I am sure we will get something when the rest of the world gets an update ( somewhere between these Lockdown updates).

Xiaomi phones can be purchased from their South African online distibutor MIAfrica.sa and t they are delivering during #LockdownSA. They have a range of affordable and great tech.
